I can’t get into my account – what should I do?

My password doesn’t work or I can’t remember my password:
Click here to receive a reminder of your password. If you register an account with Go dine you will have created your own password, however if you simply booked online with Go dine a password will have been automatically created and sent to the email address you entered.
My email doesn’t work or I can’t remember my registered email:
You will need to enter the email you used to make either your first booking or when you registered your account. If you have entered an email incorrectly or can’t remember what it may be you can email accounts@godine.co.uk along with your name and telephone number and we will look to find the email address associated with these details.
I can’t seem to login with my usual details:
As a safety measure we may block an account if there are multiple attempts to log in with the wrong password. We have all accidently entered login details wrong at some point, so you simply need to email accounts@godine.co.uk and we will look to unlock your account if this happens.
