Starters include the highly recommended and locally-sourced Brixworth pate as well as much-loved British classics such as smoked salmon salad and freshly made soup of the day. 21-day matured British sirloin with peppercorn sauce is followed by a rich and indulgent chocolate fudge cake. The menu is very reasonably priced and is packed full of dishes that will tempt even the fussiest diner. Took advantage of the lunch offer of 2 courses for a measely £10! Their was a lot of choice on the menu, about 6 choices for each course. Had a lamb rump steak and lemon tart- lamb was cooked exactly how asked, medium rare and the tart was very naughty, could quite easily have eaten 2 of them! all the party were more than satisfied with this menu and hope to visit again in the near future.
